ABOUT US

Cornerstone Designs’ Landscape Division founder, Fred Lubcke started his landscaping career in 1972.  After 12 years Fred formed his own landscape company, Lubcke Landscaping.

After 24 years of success in the landscape business, Fred turned his attention to his other passion – custom home building. 

Cornerstone Designs’ Building Division has been designing and building custom homes in the Madison area for 15 years.    With each new home built by Cornerstone Designs, Fred has incorporated his landscaping talent to develop distinctive single-family properties, taking empty lots and developing unique homes with beautiful landscape detail.

Fred Lubcke is pleased to announce that Cornerstone Designs has expanded its landscape division and its services are again available to existing homeowners, businesses and home builders.  

Joining Cornerstone Designs’ landscape division are Graham Hildebrandt and Ryan Zander.   Graham and Ryan bring additional areas of expertise and customer care to Cornerstone Designs.  We are proud of our combined total of 60 years of professional landscaping experience.
