process: We meet with you to learn what you
have in mind, share ideas, take general measurements and become
familiar with the project site. As we prepare your design and
bid, we may return to take more specific measurements. We will
again meet at the project site to review the design and proposal.
Any changes you request will be incorporated into the proposal
and, upon acceptance of our proposal, we will commit to a timeline
to complete your project.
After the project begins, we continue to communicate with you and
listen to your thoughts and ideas. If you want to make changes during
the process, we will advise you of changes in the cost, if any,
before incorporating your changes.
When your project is complete, we are confident you will be more
than satisfied with the results. Often we hear from our clients
that our work and products far exceeded their expectations.
